Option 1: Book a Drop-In Session
We’ll spend just under an hour on the phone or Zoom, working on a specific challenge you are facing. This ‘drop-in’ format is not one that many experienced coaches offer and it’s something new I’m trying to offer people who are new to investing in themselves, the opportunity to work with me. A Drop-In Session is just £120 (which is less than 50% of my usual non-corporate coaching rate). This offer is priced this way for very specific reasons, and it won’t be a fit for everyone, so read the page and see what you think.
Option 2: Book a place on The Joyful Career Accelerator
Create clarity and keep moving on the journey towards more meaningful work with eight weeks of one-to-one bespoke support. This offering is for in-house leaders, early-stage entrepreneurs and changemakers and includes an initial coaching session over Zoom/Phone plus unlimited one-to-one ‘virtual’ coaching over Telegram (a walkie-talkie app), as well as access to resources only available to my one-to-one and group coaching clients.
The investment is £250 and there are a total of six places available for a November or December 2021 start. Full details here.
Option 3: Bespoke individual coaching programmes
This is for leaders looking to take their career to the next level in a way that feels joyful and authentic with close support from me. If you know you are ready to dive deep and change how your work and life feels, this level of support could be worth considering.
Option 4: Join the next cohort of The Inside-Out Leader, my group coaching programme
I am frequently hired to coach groups for my organisational clients, and I love working in this way with people. In 2020 I decided to offer my first ‘open’ group coaching programme, The Inside-Out Leader. The feedback from the inaugural cohort, who completed the programme in June 2021, has been outstanding, and the second cohort began their work with me in October.

Option 5: Join The Joyful Career Incubator
If we have worked together previously, The Joyful Career Incubator offers the chance to continue to access regular coaching support from me. The investment ranges from £65 to £275 per month, with discounts available for a 12-month commitment. Full details here.
