Leadership coaching sponsored by your employer
Currently, around half of my work is through partnering forward-thinking organisations to support their leaders’ development. If you are interested in working with me in a one-to-one coaching relationship in this way, my suggestion is that you first speak to your employer to see if this is something they would be prepared to consider.
If it is, then drop me an email at claire@clairemackinnon.com and we can work out the best next step. Please note that my rates for organisational coaching are higher than my private rates, and vary depending on the sector, your role and nature of the coaching assignment.
If I already work with your employer as one of their coaches, I will let you know and direct you back to my point of contact within their Learning and Development team, to honour the ways of working I have agreed with them.
