Please note: my organisational coaching rates are higher than my private rates. These vary depending on the sector, your role, and the nature and scope of the coaching assignment — reflecting the additional stakeholder engagement and Return on Investment involved.
If I already work with your organisation as one of their coaching partners, I will let you know and direct you back to my primary point of contact in their Learning and Development team, to honour our agreed ways of working.
