Meaningful Networking
Stop procrastinating and grow your network with greater joy, ease and purpose
An 90-minute interactive online workshop for purpose-led leaders and changemakers
📅 Thursday 20 March | 3:30pm UK
📅 Thursday 27 March | 9:30am UK
We’re living in uncertain, fast-moving times. With everything happening in the world – and in our own lives – it’s easy to feel stretched, overwhelmed, or simply too busy to think about networking. Yet the relationships we build and nurture now can shape our future careers, amplify our impact, and help us navigate change with greater support and clarity.
But consciously growing and tending to our professional relationships often falls to the bottom of the to-do list.
And in busy, unpredictable times, simply forcing ourselves to do it isn’t enough. If something feels like a chore, we’re far less likely to prioritise it – no matter how important we know it is.
That’s why the way we approach networking matters.
We’ve all received well-meaning advice from bosses and mentors about ‘putting ourselves out there’ – but when those approaches don’t align with who we are, we resist. We make excuses not to bother, or we go through the motions, only to find the interactions don’t lead anywhere meaningful. Scrolling LinkedIn can feel like a drain – on our time, our energy, and our sense of connection.
But networking doesn’t have to feel this way. When we find an approach that is genuine and energising, it stops feeling like an obligation and starts feeling like an opportunity – for us, and for the people we meet along the way.
When that shift happens, networking becomes something we want to prioritise, and the benefits flow into our work and careers in countless ways.
I’ve supported hundreds of leaders make this shift through my coaching and facilitation – and it’s been a guiding force in my own journey toward more meaningful work.
Which is why I’m excited to offer this interactive workshop as a complimentary event for my network!
This session is for you if:
You’re a purpose-led leader or aspiring leader looking to develop a more intentional approach to networking – enhancing your impact in your current role or as you plan your next career move.
You’re in career transition and want to find work that feels meaningful, fulfilling, and aligned with what matters most to you.
You’re exploring options beyond corporate life and want to expand your network to open new possibilities for your next chapter.
You’ve recently started your freelance, consulting, or coaching career and want to build connections in an authentic way.
What we’ll cover:
A fresh perspective on networking – Reflect on your current approach and the beliefs you hold about it (including the ones that might be holding you back).
Three powerful mindset shifts – Discover simple yet effective stances to make networking feel natural, energising, and fully aligned with who you are.
Practical, actionable strategies – Explore ways to build and nurture relationships – both online (e.g., LinkedIn) and offline – without it feeling forced or transactional.
This is a live, interactive, camera-on session where you’ll connect with other like-minded leaders in real time and explore how this topic applies to your career. Please only sign up if you can commit to the full 90-minute experience.
My intention is that you walk away feeling inspired and energised to reboot your approach to networking in a way that feels good to you!
